Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalised items, gift cards, and items that are not in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.
